As a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience, I have a track record of success helping family members move forward, find resolutions, create boundaries, and get on with their lives. With countless hours of research, training, and clinical practice experience treating estranged and dysfunctional families, I have developed the skills to bring clarity and illuminate this arduous path with a personalized strategy.

Estrangement coaching programs are intended for individuals navigating the challenges of estrangement. In cases where there is any form of abuse - physical, emotional, or verbal - reconciliation is not recommended. However, support is available to help you regain control and heal.
